OrgaCom offer a simple way to follow up your requests
As soon as a request is issued, it shows up with Awaiting status, in the meanwhile a notification is sent by mail to all Contsultants in the Group.
The In rpogress Status tells that the Request is carried out, the consultant gives the estimate procesing date, the estimate duration, and a comment.
When finished, the Request is set to closed Status by the Consultant or eventually by the Client.
To ensure a better follow up of opened requests, the Consultant archive closed Regests. Consultant or Client can always get back to those archived requests.
All information around the Request are diplayed real time.
Even free messages can be exchanged between Consultants and Clients
